How ISHUB
Operates

ISHUB is an independent review platform. We do not manage or deliver construction projects. We provide clients with an objective third-party assessment (financial, technical, or contractual) before and during critical project decisions. As an ISHUB expert, you are engaged on a project-by-project basis as an independent professional, and engagements vary in scope and duration. You will be expected to work within ISHUB documentation and quality standards, adhere to the rules and policies, and produce deliverables that meet professional-grade review criteria.

Who We're Looking For
Contractual / Legal Experts

You hold a legal qualification recognised in the UAE or an internationally accredited equivalent. You have demonstrable experience in construction, development, or commercial contract review. You can produce independent legal analysis memoranda suitable for use in stakeholder decisions and, where applicable, legal proceedings. Credentials recognised by the Dubai Court or UAE Ministry of Justice are a strong advantage.

Engineering / Technical Experts

You hold a recognised engineering qualification and professional registration relevant to your discipline (structural, MEP, civil, QS, project management, or similar). You have experience reviewing technical documentation, design specifications, or construction methodologies, not only producing them. You understand UAE building codes and regulatory requirements for your discipline.

Financial Experts

You hold a recognised financial qualification (CPA, CFA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent). You have experience in construction or real estate financial analysis, feasibility assessment, or project finance. You can produce independent financial review reports that align budget assumptions against technical and contractual realities.

Baseline Requirements

A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience, active professional registration or licence in good standing, and the ability to operate independently without conflict of interest on assigned engagements.

The Application Process

The form takes approximately 15–20 minutes. You will be asked for your professional background, credentials, specialisations, availability, and relevant document uploads. Have your CV, credential certificates, and professional licence details ready before you begin.

Our team reviews your application within 5 business days. We verify your credentials against the relevant professional bodies and assess your suitability for the types of engagements iShub handles. If anything is missing, we will contact you directly.

Shortlisted applicants are contacted for a 30-minute structured conversation. We discuss your experience with independent review work specifically, how you approach conflict of interest, and your availability and rate expectations.

Successful applicants receive a formal offer and an Expert Services Agreement. Once signed, your profile is added to the iShub Expert Network.
